Tamanu Tahiti

USE AND PRECAUTIONS

Tamanu seed oil is to be spread on the skin like a cream, massaging gently until the product is absorbed so as not to leave the skin oily. It is also possible to use it as an ingredient to be combined with neutral creams and essential oils.

Yellowish to greenish in color, transparent and with a characteristic hint of walnuts, it can be kept for a long time in its closed package; even for a few years.

Being a pure, natural and organic product, once opened, we recommend using it in the following six months; past which its surprising qualities will tend to fade. For this reason it is therefore recommended to buy Tamanu seed oil in small packs like our 50ml glass bottle.

Tamanu seed oil should be stored at room temperature away from light and air. Low temperatures can thicken it. However, bringing the oil back to room temperature, simply shake the bottle slightly to return it to its normal consistency without altering its qualities. Do not heat Tamanu seed oil in the microwave but eventually place it near a heat source, such as a radiator, for the short time necessary to restore its original characteristics.

Tamanu seed oil is indicated for external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes. Do not swallow.
Although it is not a dangerous product, but in order to avoid the above, we recommend to keep it out of the reach of children.

Allergic reactions to Tamanu seed oil are very rare and to date no cases about our Tamanu seed oil are reported.

The most sensitive subjects could be those who are already allergic to nuts or the like. Before the extended use of the product, it is recommended to test a small part of the body such as the hand. If redness and itching occurs, discontinue use of the product.
