PREMISE
I. Tahiti Natural Oils with registered office BP3392 98703 Punaauia, Tahiti, Polynesie Française N.TAHITI RCS produces and packages the product.
The product is in turn imported and distributed in various countries by our dedicated distributors. The latter do not carry out any type of intervention or modification on the product as on its packaging.

II. Distributors only carry out wholesale sales. For retail purchase, you can consult the list of points of sale (or those of our customers who have signed up to be mentioned) under "Retail" on the "Purchase" page of our website.

III. Tahiti Natural Oils and dedicated distributors have only one point of reference on the web that means the website www.tahitinaturaloils.com. However for orders and information we recommend to contact the distributor for your Country. The contacts of our distributors are available on our website on the "Purchase" page as well as on the footer.

IV. It goes without saying that our distributors have all the necessary authorizations for the import and distribution of the product.

V. For French Polynesia only, the distributor is the producer itself Tahiti Natural Oils.

VI. The name, logo and packaging design are registered.
​
VII. These general conditions of sale are applied by all dedicated distributors.

TERMS OF SALE
​
1. DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The contract concerns the sale of Tamanu cosmetic oil between our distributor and the customer. The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by our distributor of a purchase proposal issued in writing by the customer (mainly by e-mail) and at the same time by the acceptance by the customer of our quote.

2. PRICES
The sale price can vary according to various factors. All the details will be indicated in the quote. Generally the shipping costs are at our expense.
3. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is made exclusively by advance bank transfer.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer by express courier. Delivery times are communicated to the customer before payment. Any complaint can be sent by
e-mail to the distributor in your country.

5. PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY
The distributor accepts customer orders within the limits of the warehouse stock.
Consequently, the acceptance of the customer purchase proposal by the distributor, is submitted to the availability of the products. The distributor undertakes to promptly notify the customer of any out of stock due to excess demand or other causes.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer declares that he is not a private consumer and that he is instead a person dedicated to the use of the product for commercial purposes, to retail, distribution or import of products and that the data he provided for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Since the right of withdrawal is reserved for the private consumer, it is not possible for us to apply it to our customers. However, we provide free samples through which the prospective buyer can evaluate the product in detail.
9. PRIVACY
The data requested are those strictly necessary for the conclusion of the purchase contract and are never shared with third parties. The customer's data are treated with correctness, lawfulness and transparency in order to protect his confidentiality and rights.
The addresses and contact details of retailers, available on our website, have been voluntarily and knowingly provided by those directly involved for promotional purposes.
